How To Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
Today, I'm exploring how our early experiences and surroundings shape who we become-and more importantly-how we can rewrite those scripts to create the life we truly want. Think of our minds like super-complex computers; they run on programs we pick up from childhood onward. These programs influence everything from our behaviors to how we think about ourselves and the world.
From the moment we're born, we're soaking up information like sponges. It's fascinating to see how much of what we learn comes from observing those around us, especially during those crucial early years. I'll be sharing insights on how to uncover these subconscious programs, challenge them, and ultimately, rewrite them to align with your goals and dreams. If you're ready to take charge of your programming and steer your life in a new direction, this episode is for you! Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share your thoughts in the comments below. Let's start this transformation together!

    The problem is really.. this. People begin working they have simple fun slide or swings at the park. Skip stones at a pond. Trip to a zoo whatever. As that begins to get old they improve their fun. They hear of other people’s experiences and adventures and work a little harder to replicate. As time/ years progress the level of adventure advances. The “hey, you remember that time”, increases. The desire to create more and more of those circumstances intensifies. The hours of work become a grind stone but also the avenue that leads to such epic and cherished memories. It’s a cycle! It’s a human condition to want, “even hunger”, for bigger, better, more enjoyable, more entertaining. We simply cannot slide down the slide and skip stones forever without feeling we are failing. Like the bumper sticker, “he who dies with the most toys wins”. We are products of our environments.

    A minute in- Thank You. ❤😊I was diagnosed at 18. Your reaction is comforting. Over the years, working on the phone… cadence. I can hear my manager: slow down😂 I Listen to podcast on 2.0: It helps me to listen without distracting myself.😅The unequal information transference provided the gift of cadence. I can hear woooooah Nelly 😅🐎 I love being in hyper focus. I was able to create art and complete cases/tasks for work: phone time at the upper rate of all employees. Boom .. fast.💨 In school they would ask me I would answer.. I would not focus on them entirely 😂😂I would doodle. Now- I will draw and work on the phone. 😂 I love you saying it helps with my creativity. You just made my day. That’s right - I want to help and create. ❤(now at 15 min) wowzers my phone skills and desk job. I guess I shall follow my dreams of animation and voice overs. Here here 🙌🫶🫡🌀 ❤ I have endless ideas 💡 now I guess I can’t be scared of it. 😂 Thx again for the confidence boost. You’re Awesome!👏 😎

      @elvinkosuta6240 День тому

      It’s the other way around actually. Used to be called add but was changed to adhd because out of all the individuals that had it only a certain amount were hyperactive, and it became a misconception that in order to have add you had to be hyperactive as well. In turn this lead to many misdiagnosis’s since those with add who were not hyperactive were considered to not have the condition.

    I was diagnosed in my mid 40s Asperger's with ADHD. Of course my next move was to hyper focus on exactly what that meant 😂. But all through the education my take on it was I was only different because I didn't fit it with what everyone had agreed was the normal way of doing things. So my focus became how to get around them and use all my extra talents to the best of my ability. I have to say it was always kinda half assed until I retired and found myself alone for the first time in my life. I gave myself permission to do anything I wanted in any order it presents itself without questions or condemnation. I simplified all outer world tasks with auto pay and Alexa and have been living my best life truly happy and grateful for every moment. I appreciate this video even though I felt it was a bit simplified to an extreme. But that said I agree 💯 are we truly handicapped in any way other than not fitting in? I certainly do not find that now that I have had the opportunity to ignore their rules and run. 😂❤

    There are some good points here to focus on the positives attributes of ADHD, especially seeing as as children we are exposed to 10,000 more negative criticisms exposed to/ received from others as young children under the age of 10, than neurotypical children. So hearing some praise is very welcome. However it’s harmful to the adhd person to say it is not a disorder because it will exacerbate the majority of people not seeking treatment. It is said to be the most easily treatable mental health condition that exists. The consequences of untreated adhd include 14 year shorter lifespan due to accidents, 50% addiction rate, much higher obesity rate, much higher health problems due to lower execute function to do things like turn up to a doctor appointment, remember to take medication, difficulty cooking healthy meals etc etc. Some other sad and dangerous stats: 2.5 times more depression 70% or more have another major psychiatric diagnosis 80% comorbid 2nd disorder

    I've already grown some self awareness, and I discovered something myself I really don't like. It turns out, I have some forms of abIeism. Example, I think neurotypicaIs are better than people with ASD. That ASD means lesser personalities and brains. I also feel that people with learning disabiIities are dopéy. Well, with the exception of dyslexia and dyscalculia, since numbers and letters mixing around is a visual issue and couldn't possibly make them slow-witted. And worst of all, I think people who don't have down syndrome are better than people who do have it. That those who have the said syndrome match the word inferior. So there you have it. I both think and feel these things I shouldn't. And I can't simply change the attitude, because I AUTOMATICALLY feel the way I do. I don't like myself. I know it doesn't make me a bad person, but it does make me a jerk
